Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in sustainability, ESG.

- Proven track record in P/L management, with a history of driving financial performance.

- Extensive experience in providing advisory or consultancy services to organizations.

- Strong background in developing and implementing ESG and GHG strategies

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join the team as the Head of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) & GHG (Greenhouse Gas) Solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental science, business, or a related field, and will be responsible for driving the company's profitability and loss (P/L). This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong background in advisory or consultancy services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop, implement, and oversee the companys ESG and GHG strategies tailored for clients.

- Integrate ESG principles into the company's service offerings and client solutions.

- Collaborate with senior management to ensure ESG goals align with and support business objectives.

P/L Management:

- Assume full responsibility for the companys P/L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the ESG solutions sector.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Client Advisory and Consultancy:

- Provide expert advisory services on ESG and GHG matters to clients.

- Design and deliver customized ESG and GHG solutions and training programs for clients.

- Guide clients on best practices for sustainability, regulatory compliance, and ESG reporting.

Policy Development and Implementation:

- Establish and enforce comprehensive ESG policies and procedures for clients.

- Ensure client compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards.

- Oversee the development and execution of GHG reduction initiatives and sustainability projects for clients.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure ESG and GHG performance for clients.

- Prepare and present regular reports on ESG and GHG initiatives, progress, and financial performance to clients.

- Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders for ESG reporting and disclosures.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Engage with investors, clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on ESG issues.

- Represent the company and its clients at industry forums, conferences, and workshops.

- Build and maintain partnerships with NGOs, industry groups, and other entities to advance sustainability goals.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the ESG and GHG team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in the ESG and sustainability domain.

- Manage budgets and resources allocated for ESG and GHG initiatives.
