Head - ESG - Facility Management/Industrial Products

Head ESG

- The position holder will focus on the aspirations of the company towards ESG and accordingly identify initiatives, formulating ESG policies, processes, and guidelines for the Group.

- The position holder will act as a Subject matter expert on ESG and will advise business units on the ESG agenda.

- He/She will drive the implementation of ESG initiatives across all airports including their subsidiaries and ensure compliance to the ESG regulatory framework.

- Represent the Group on various forums with respect to ESG agenda and link ESG with brand image of the Group.

- He/She is expected to represent in an external forum and influence Business and function across Organizations. Need to have appropriate stature and ability to deliver outcomes.

- The position holder has to interact and present to the Board of Directors, Board Committees, GHB, CEOs and CXOs.

- He/She has to interact with external stakeholders like Consulting Firms and Rating agencies. He/She has to further interface with strategic partners such as Groupe ADP / NIIF / Other Investors.

- To carry out benchmark studies with peers' time to time to understand gaps and work on to close these gaps in time bound manner.

- To formulate policies, procedures and guidelines for governance of ESG policies.

- To highlight / present Group ESG initiatives on various forums.

- To finalise budget for ESG implementation, reporting & rating
