- This position would involve working on Internal Systems handling SAP & SharePoint Applications, operating in a specialist manner, providing technical expertise and leadership on programme delivery assignments within the organization.

IT Applications :
- Good experience in Delivering Projects using Web based Applications using Microsoft Technologies (ASP.Net, C#.Net, Share Point)
- Good experience in developing products around domains like Project Management & Financial Management
- Candidates will be expected to have knowledge and experience of roles across all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and requirements through to implementation, testing and Go Live for software products
SAP Implementation :
- Propose and implement the SAP Development Plan and ensure the optimization of information systems media/resources, ensure the design and implementation of application solutions, in line with the strategic objectives.
- SAP systems in the organization for tightly integrating business processes of all the functions with IT system. To provide clarity on SAP projects and SAP systems.
- Decision on local team structure and team formation. Support in implementation partner / vendor finalization. Defining ERP system road-map and planning for execution.
- Definition of the budget and the multi-year plan for over all ERP systems in compliance with corporate requirements
- Good experience in managing teams of 30+
- Ability to conveying complex messages in ways that is easy to understand
- Working with Internal Stakeholders to introduce change to ensure sustainable improvements
- Experience of working and managing stakeholders at all levels in an organization
- Having knowledge of different project methodologies (e.g. agile), processes, techniques and issues
- Ability to manage a large and varied workload, to prioritize and multi-task
- Knowledge of CMMi Level 5 practices

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to build and maintain excellent relationship.
- Ability to efficiently interact with different teams, senior management & Business users
- Able to lead and collaborate with several functional team members who are highly experienced.
