One of our clients which is a leading Wealth Management firm is looking for a Head of Equity Research,

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of equity research analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality output and professional development.

Research Strategy: Develop and execute equity research strategies aligned with the company's investment objectives and market trends. Generate stock ideas with Decadal view in the mid caps segment.

Investment Analysis: Conduct fundamental analysis of companies, industries, and market trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.

Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess company valuations, earnings projections, and investment returns.

Report Writing: Prepare and present comprehensive equity research reports, investment recommendations, and market insights for internal stakeholders and clients.

Client Engagement: Interact with clients, portfolio managers, and senior management to discuss investment strategies, research findings, and market trends.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines in equity research practices.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated with macroeconomic factors, industry developments, and competitive landscape to enhance research quality and investment decisions.
