HEAD-EPC (URGENT OPENING)

Required Qualification:

- BE/BTECH - ELECTRICAL

- MBA

Relevant Experience :

Minimum 20 years Experience in Project + ENGINEERING

Skills and Competencies :

Leadership, Excellent Project Management and results-oriented skills, Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1. All aspects related to turn-key EPC - engineering, procurement and construction of PV solar projects, till commissioning. Responsible for the EPC engineering department

- On/Off grid PV scale utility, DG hybrid, rooftop and energy storage EPC projects

- New product development, design and promoting

- Market analysis, research, budgeting and development of effective business strategies

2. EPC Head for construction and commissioning of Solar Power plant. Overall in charge to, manage all EPC projects to target schedule, cost and performance.

3. Will be responsible for the P&L of the EPC division. Manage and Lead multiple projects across the country.

4. Project Management of Solar Power Plants. Design, Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Solar Power Plants.

5. Manage and Review the design phase of project including Technology Selection, Civil and mechanical structures, System Configuration, Electrical Connection, Distribution and Control Systems, Power Conditioning Systems for Photo Voltaic power plant.

6. Responsible for complete project management through the installation, testing and commissioning of the system.

7. Preventive maintenance of all the electrical installations and ensure compliance with regard to all quality construction.

8. Ability to effectively work with the company's engineers and project managers to ensure customer s needs are met.

9. TO ensure that the project delivered on Schedule with high quality and within the required cost.
