Head - EPC Operations - Metro Electrification Project

Reporting to : COO / EVP - EPC

Manages ALL EPC Projects Pan India : Substation/Transmission & Distribution, Metro, Solar, Railways, Building Electrification, Rural & Urban Electrification.

Job Purpose : managing P&L account of EPC BU in India. around 1500 crore turnover

Responsibilities :

1. To achieve Target Business Turnover with Margins and ROCE, and maintaining service level budgets for the company.

2. controlling sales, Operational Excellence, Maintaining Costs, Repair & Replacement of Fixed and Mobile Assets, Pricing Strategy for Tendering and Estimation along with Risk Evaluation.

3. Manage all operation from BD, Tendering & Estimation, Design, Contract Risk Management, Purchase, Execution, Commercial etc

4. Responsible for preparation and implementation of Long/ Short Term Marketing and other Business growth Strategies to ensure maximum and effective exposure.

6. Responsible for periodical review and appropriate remedial actions and catch up plan to achieve yearly targets.

7. Responsible for providing updates on Market movements and Competitors activities

8. Responsible for strict adherence of all Statutory Compliances and company SOPs.

Required candidate :

- BE must and MBA preferred, 18-20 years of broad based engineering or project management experience

- Successful track record in managing electrical projects from inception to delivery

- Open to travel across different location site as and when required
