hiring leader for Head Technology for a Leading Banking SSC in Hyderabad

- This role requires the ability to define and implement Company's strategy, represent company at Enterprise CIO forums and understand the Enterprise technology agenda.

- The Company Head of Enterprise Technology will be a senior strategic business leader responsible for Enterprise technology service delivery, transformation, process reengineering, cost optimization, efficiency, operational risk and value-added solutions to the enterprise technology segment of the company with a good understanding of each business area's priorities and strategy.

- This role will bring together a deep understanding of technology infrastructure, technology applications, Information Security and Risk and Enterprise data analytics domains, business process management, building and developing inclusive teams and leaders, collaborating across the global organizational matrix and have subject matter expertise in general management and service delivery.

Essential deliverables:

1. Support development of strategic plans for technical infrastructure and business system development that takes advantage of technological changes. Establish priorities for strategic systems direction and contribute to the profitable growth of the organization.

2. Direct the planning of software, hardware, and new profitable growth technology changes to optimize business processes and/or operations. Encourages continuous learning and improvement.

3. Collaborate with business partners on building business strategy including recommendations on future technical trends/directions. Build awareness and support education for security and risk to help partners and team members make good decisions. Advocate the strategic direction at the project/service level

Site Head Responsibilities:

A. Provide location leadership and partner with business heads and Business Enablement Services heads to drive company's strategic imperatives.

B. Give directional leadership to execute key organizational wide initiatives and change management

C. Represent Company in Hyderabad based industry events/forums/conferences and build local partnerships and intelligence by engaging with forums like NASSCOM, T-Hub, etc. Relay information internally to peers on market connects.
