- Participate in building the most advanced B2B Lending platform and future of trade finance with one of the fastest-growing cross-border lenders.
- Devise and implement the market strategy for expansion and consolidation in the US market.
- As a part of the senior leadership team, contribute towards the overall business strategy and operating plans.
- Set both short-term and long-term goals for the teams individually and together.
- Work with other business leaders & contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company. Unlock opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organizational units.
- Guide sales force to arrive at optimal team structure and composition. Ensure that the teams are motivated towards work and are at their optimal productivity level.
- Monitor sales funnel & metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.
- Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the same.
- Be responsible for growing the sales team and individual contributors in your team.
- Provide constant and constructive feedback to the team.
- Collaborate & work closely with Business teams. Understand the short term and long term needs of the business and plan.
- Build product and domain expertise by understanding product functionalities, market positioning, competitive landscape, product-market fit, and so on
- Identify opportunities and develop innovative methods to establish a wide network in the SMB community and mine existing relationships to generate more customer leads
Our Checklist:
- 8+ years of experience in an Inside Sales role serving international markets (preferably the USA)
- Result/achievement oriented with a high degree of push power, pro-activity and operational focus.
- A self-starter with high-energy levels and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- A high degree of empathy; ability to develop credibility to positively influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders - internal as well as external.
- Humility, willingness to learn and proactive / at cause attitude towards the projects that come their way.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are relevant for a multinational, geographically and culturally diverse corporation.
