Responsibilities

Looking for a dynamic person as the "Head, Enterprise Sales, India" for a fast growing organization with the below skill sets and responsibilities

10-15 years of experience in successfully driving enterprise / B2B sales

- Highly result - oriented with the ability to lead sales initiatives in India to achieve revenue targets in line with the company's overall strategy

- Well - networked with the ability to build relationships at CXO level and engage with them in a consultative manner

- Responsibility would be to position the company's enterprise solutions to some of the largest companies in India and manage the top enterprise accounts, many of them being large multi-national global accounts.

- Ability to actively devise and implement a growth oriented business development plan, prospect for new enterprise clients, lead proposals and close deals

- Ability to build and manage strategic partnerships and drive marketing activities aligned to the sales plan for the region.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication skills (English-oral & written) is a must.

- Should be dynamic with a track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota.

- Effectively and independently deliver the value proposition, demonstrating Principal Company.

- Conduct online product demos and presentations with prospects and inperson interactions.

- Experience in end to end sales (lead generation, lead qualification & lead closure) will be an added advantage
