Our client is a growing Indian company. They have been consistently growing in the Indian market for the last few years and market leaders in their segment. They are looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to based out of their Gurgaon office.
Description :
Key responsibilities of the role involve :
- Managing a Team of Regional Heads
- Improve Performance of Sales Executives
- To ensure that all sales members meet/exceed the sales targets provided to them.
- Track the performance of sales team and guide them consistently to meet sales targets.
- Customer engagement, Rapport Building, Business Sustainability & Portfolio Growth
- To ensure that customers are happy with our services and their needs are being met for a period as the need may be
- Generate and submit proposals and responses to RFQs Local/Global
- Lead and Support the team for replying to Request for Proposals, Tender Notices, and Price Quotations in a Timely manner. Submit a competitive analysis, budgeting, expected closure price and customer details
- Adherence to company policy
- Oversee end to end delivery of the team from an administrative standpoint to ensure that the company policies are followed by all team members and the sales activities are carried out as per the assigned SLA.
- Lead a Team of marketing and brand management professionals
- 15 to 20 years minimum Years of experience
