Job Purpose

- Monitor Enterprise Risk Management Framework

- Operational Risk Management Framework - Internal Audit of the Exchange

- Oversight on the functions of the CISO

- Monitor Corporate Policies and processes for implementation of the same

- Macro level strategic policy

- Excellence in Corporate Governance

Key Accountabilities

- Tasks - Risk and Market Policy

- Enterprise Risk Management Framework

- Formulate/ keep updated the Enterprise Risk Management Policy

- Review the Risk Management Framework & Risk Mitigation measures from time to time.

- Monitor and review enterprise-wide risk management plan

- Keep the RMC / Board informed about the risk assessment and minimization procedures.

II Internal Audit Framework

- Prepare / finalize the Internal (including) Operational Audit Plan of the Exchange

- Ensure that internal audit is carried out as per Plan

- Place audit reports before the Audit Committee

III Oversight on the functioning of the CISO

- Monitoring the activities of the CISO and his team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements with regard to Cyber Security Framework for Exchanges.

IV Corporate Policies and processes for implementation of the same

- Centralized repository of Corporate Policies

- Assist the CEO in establishing and strengthening macro level policies to shape organizational strategy with a long term perspective for the enterprise as a whole.

- Identify policy ownership and help set in place processes and SOPs to ensure proper implementation/ operationalization of the policies.

V Macro level Strategic Policy

- Integration of business policy with regulatory policy to ensure organizational growth within the regulatory framework.

- Assist the CEO in identifying growth opportunities both for NCDEX and the Group

VI Inculcate standards of excellence in Corporate Governance

- Review and continuous improvement in governance culture

- Foster Group Governance Concept and develop common governance standards across the Group

Profile:

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Risk/ Administration/ Finance)

- Previous Experience Banks/ Exchanges/ Finance Companies

- Industry preference Financial Services

- Skills and Knowledge required Regulatory and compliance Governance & Administration Documentation
