This is a senior role with the opportunity to shape and deliver major transformational programmes.

- Shaping and delivering process transformation engagements:

- Candidates should have a successful track record of transforming Finance processes through digitization & automation in challenging environment.

- Advise, plan and deliver finance process transformation and digitization programs end to end

- Lead architecture engagements and major transformation execution through execution phases and where applicable drive internal and third party vendor mixed teams.

- The role is to develop and establish next generation technology framework for the organization. Outcomes should include uplift process and step change in operational efficiency.

- Deploy and design the use of appropriate process and continuous improvement methodologies, techniques and tools.

- Work with the finance process owners and Finance Systems Group to assess the finance landscape and provide insight & innovative automated/ digitized solutions.
