Position : Head - Enterprise Lending

Location : Kolkata

Education Qualification : MBA or a Masters degree in Business, Finance, or Social Services with 10-15 years of relevant experience

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing and managing the enterprise loans (Rs. 1-5 lakhs)

- Develop short term and long term sales and penetration plans for assigned state/region in coordination with the Business Head

- Managing a diversified loan portfolio in compliance with organisation goals, ethical standards, and legal compliance requirements

- Ensuring successful launch of products

- Ensure the consistent application of the company's credit policy throughout all Branches

- Determine actions to be taken, including the initiation of legal or other recovery actions against delinquent customers.

- Identify and develop relationships with strategic partners Over and above this, work with the senior management for identification of new business opportunities in product cross sell.

- The Head of Enterprise Lending coordinates with the distribution team of each state to ensure business targets in enterprise lending are achieved. S/he is customer focused and is able to balance competing priorities while working collaboratively and effectively with people. The position will report to the Head of Business.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Energetic and Self Driven individual with experience in business and credit in Banks and NBFCs, especially in SME & micro-enterprise segment.

- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and business acumen.

- A results-oriented, make-it-happen person.
