They are looking at a senior Head -Sales with 20+ years of experience and also who has handled a team of more than 50 people. please find below the job responsibilities:
1. Build a vision for business units that dovetails into the vision of the organization
2. Accelerate business by building ambitious sales plans to capitalize on transformation shifts occurring in the marketplace
3. Drive business transformation to sales strategies across key enterprise segments, develop long term and immediate account strategy, financial targets, and critical milestones
4. Set up and manage operational systems that efficiently and effectively supports the current transactional business, and build solutions based business.
5. Conceptualize and build a go-to-market strategy that supports the biz P&L, keeping it competitive
6. Engage with prospect organizations through value and solution-based selling, business case definitions, references and analyst data
7. Define and deliver a world-class experience to all our B2B customers
8. Work with the leadership team, shape a clear growth agenda, identifying business drivers and investment priorities to enable growth
9. Implement and improve a programmatic approach to winning new logos
10. Co-Design and implement GTM and operating model for strategic/growth accounts, to help drive demand and a multi-year roadmap across these accounts
11. 20+ years with enterprise sales and business advisory experience, with a proven track record in leading and scaling of a high growth company
12. Strong understanding of sales ecosystem; strategy,methods, cadence, reporting etc. and be proficient in producing forecasts and business plans
13. Exceptional leadership skills, evidenced by successfully building and managing high-performance teams
14. The ideal candidate will be a strong consultative leader skilled at driving growth, building strong relationship with internal and external constituents
15. Should be willing to travel extensively
