Head - Enterprise Architecture - NBFC

- Lead architects to develop and maintain enterprise architectural models

- Provide enterprise architectural oversight for the global IT portfolio

- Attend strategic and project centric meetings

- Develop, optimize and monitor enterprise architecture processes

- Establishes and maintains understanding of long term company strategy and oversees design, development and implementation of high level systems architecture that will enable the company to meet the changing industry/competitive demands.

- Develop, implement and maintain digital enterprise architecture standards that drive business capabilities and optimization to create efficiency, quality and agility

- Identifies opportunities for improvement in current overall architecture and that of individual systems. Identifies costs savings and evaluates options based on business strategy alignment.

- Work with cluster application architects to design and implement a consensus based adaptable and scalable system landscape

- Drives proof of concepts and vendor/product selection initiatives for all system integration aspects

- Evaluate best practices and emerging technology trends in enterprise information technology (big data, data virtualization, application layering, etc.),
