Role - Head - Engineering / Technical Operations (Hotels / Hospitality)

Location - Delhi NCR

Purpose of Job : To monitor and control various systems of Engineering / Technical Operations in Large Hotel

Job Description - 

- SPOC for all engineering / technical operations & infrastructure related issues for the Properties. This includes MEP services, HVAC, Asset maintenance, power backups, lifts, appliances, civil works etc.

- Possess knowledge about HVAC system, split and window AC, VRV system, Centralized ACs.

- Sound knowledge of electrical distributor system, electrical protection, fault identification / rectification, LT panels & HT side.

- Working of DG, AMF panel, DG automation system, preventive maintenance.

- Sound knowledge of building architecture, seepage identification and rectification.

- Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, bathroom utilities, sanitary fixtures etc.

- Preventive planned maintenance of assets like lifts, boilers, water softeners,

- Vendor onboarding and management:

- Identification and developing vendors for all maintenance related works.

- Performance monitoring of vendors to ensure SLA adherence.

- Evaluate quotations submitted by vendors for various works to optimized costs.

Issue resolution:

- Onsite field visit to properties for fault rectification and preventive measures.

- Responding to open maintenance tickets, resolve issues and get tickets closed within given TATS.

- Ensuring minimum blocked inventory due to maintenance issues.

- Cost Optimization: Work with central team to optimize electricity, fuel, water, R&M costs and lead independent efficiency projects to bring in process improvements.

Stakeholder management: Work in close coordination with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain and Directors /GMs/AGMs to ensure smooth Engineering services operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 18 Years of relevant experience in facility management in a closely related industry (hospitality, services, healthcare etc)
