Head - Engineering & Technical - Design - Solar Power Plant

- Will lead the team of Engineers, Draftsmen, etc. in the design department.

- Will be in charge of technical designs (both mechanical and electrical) at the various stages (from concept design to detailed engineering designs and drawings), bill of quantities, compliance with standards and codes, project implementation, logistics and budgets, and overall organization and quality of the technical department.

- Oversee all operations of the Design & Engineering department (Electrical, Civil, Structural, Plant SCADA).

- Organize and lead an Engineering team for Pre-Sales (Bids & Proposal) and Post Sales (Detail Engineering) Design & Engineering for Solar Power EPC Project for MW utility grade, Roof top, Floating, Hybrid, Battery Energy Storage System.

- Conceptualize, Design, Engineering of Solar Power Plant (Ground Mounted, Rooftop and Floating) and its corresponding distribution system for on grid solutions.

- Identify & drive scope of optimization in designs and suggest technical solutions.

- Studying new technology of Modules, Inverters to optimize cost.

- Review of Permutation and Combination and multiple iterations of system design with PV system analysis tools for proposed solar plant w.r.t. its location irradiance for optimal land use (based on survey and Contour), evaluation of different system components & tilts (Fixed/Seasonal Tilt/Single Axis Tracker) angle with type of different modules so as to arrive at LCOE.

- Experience of Designing small and large Solar Projects.

- Knowledge and experience of using Latest Version of PV System, Google Sketch Up, Data Base of Meteonorm, Solar GIS etc.

- Experience of Solar Plant Performance Analysis, Root Cause Analysis.

- Experience of Substation/Switchyard, Control & Protection System, Substation Automation System, Transmission Line.

- Supervising project progress, including planning, costs and deliverables and determining action plans for critical technical issues or perceived project delays.
