Head - Engineering - Solar & Wind Plant

- A goal-oriented professional with at least 15 years of experience in Solar & Wind plants.

- Excellent at managing complete engineering design operations involving requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, prototype development, testing & development in compliance to regulations and clients requirements

- Experience in erection, commissioning and maintenance of Sub-stations and HVDC, Generation Switchyard

- Skilled in implementing innovative techniques and process design & validation to produce excellent products

- Proficient in scheduling, optimization of schedules, productive planning techniques & methods, perspective planning in design activity and value engineering

- Excellent team management skills
