Head - Engineering - SaaS Startup

Head Engineering for a leading Saas based startup who has completed Series- A fundinG

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work on the complete life cycle of defining, designing and developing a product

- Collaborate with Product management and UX team for product prototyping, design

- To build a customer centric product with reliable quality standards and release it to the market

- Closely work with various stakeholders including customers and internal team to chart out the product vision and roadmap

- Measure and improve customer engagement on the platform

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good architectural skills in building a successful marketplace platform & developing good web and mobile applications

- Experience in building high performant and scalable systems Docker, DB replicas, Redundancy, Redis, ElasticSearch, Query optimization etc

- Experience in Agile technologies SCRUM, Velocity, Retrospect, Release planning etc

- Experience in building a highly secure platform - OWASP, VAPT, GDPR, SOC2 etc

- Data driven with exposure and/or experience in data engineering, data analytics and data science (AI/ML)

- Past experience in building a strong engineering team from scratch
