We are looking for someone heading engineering or technology in radar /electronics warfare technology domain. - Mandatory

Should be good with architecture design & prototype development.

Position : Head of Engineering

Job Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

- Masters degree in related fields in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or. Ph.D.

- Extensive experience in Radar and EW technology, including research & development, system architecture design, signal processing algorithms, RF electronics, and sensor fusion techniques.

- Strong technical expertise in electronic systems, including digital and analog electronics, RF/Microwave technologies, embedded systems, FPGA technologies, digital design, and real-time signal processing algorithms.

- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams and driving complex technology projects to completion.

- In-depth knowledge of radar principles, signal processing techniques, RF electronics, antenna design, and EW tactics.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment with crossfunctional teams and external partners.

- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications for Radar and EW systems

- Experience working in a regulated environment with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers within the defence industry. Benefits:
