We are a travel/ vacation platform that brings about the quintessential "Home Away From Home" experience.

We are looking for a Head of Engineering/ Product for our team in Mumbai.

About the Role : Manage technical team and hands-on in development of project.

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible

- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns

- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes

- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Frontend Stack(Angular) and Backend Stack(Laravel, PHP,MYSQL).

- Should have a good eye for detail.

- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.

- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.

- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field

- Proven experience in software development (7+ years)
