Head - Engineering - Product

The Organization is looking for a senior seasoned professional for the role of Head-Engineering to lead the engineering team to manage product engineering and product Development. The position is based at Hubli and reports to the President.

Ideal candidate profile :

- Develop and implement the Engineering strategy and assist the President in preparing the Business Plans for the growth and expansion of local and international markets.

- Build infrastructure along with product design and development competencies.

- Benchmark and implement best Engineering systems & practices.

- Drive the R&D and new product development

- Customer Delight – Understanding the customer requirement and proactively manage the customer expectations.

- Drive the engineering excellence and lead VA VE initiatives

- Recruit, train and develop world class engineering team for long term product development capability
