Job Description :

- The Head Engineering/Operations is responsible for the delivery of the projects while working with the technical teams, he will plan, track and ensure timely delivery of the projects.

- Generate reports to demonstrate status of the projects.

- The person should be an expert in project management methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Six sigma etc. and good to have PMP and/or scrum master certification. Should be an expert in JIRA, Excel and good to have knowledge on MSP, PowerPoint and Visio.

- The person should be sincere and should be able to take ownership.

Role Responsibility :

- Collect efforts estimated and plan the projects Prepare resource mapping Daily tracking of the tasks

- Resolve dependencies of the team Forecast risks and prepare mitigation plan

- 3 Proper documentation of the project trackers Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports

- 4 Other duties as assigned.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience :

- B. Tech / BE & PG / MBA with 14+ years' experience minimum in project management.

- Well versed with Project Management methodologies like Agile

- JIRA and MS Office
