Responsibilities:

- We have an opportunity to for Head Engineering & Maintenance for one of our client in Healthcare space.

- Degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).

- At least 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting like Super Specialty Hospital in a Senior role.

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all group hospitals equipment and facilities at Super Specialty Hospitals.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the smooth operation of hospital systems.

- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests at Super Speciality Hospitals.

- Manage and supervise the maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget effectively.

- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized services.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports.

- Conduct regular safety inspections to uphold hospital standards.

- Continuously improve maintenance processes and practices at Super Specialty Hospitals.

- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively oversee the maintenance team.

- In-depth knowledge of safety and health regulations applicable to hospital environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve maintenance issues.

- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with staff and contractors.

- Proficiency in maintaining and managing hospital equipment and infrastructure.

- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
