Job Description - 10 - 14 years of experience with exposure to working with a US product company. You will be leading technology and manage a team of 20.

You should also be hands on in building platform architecture using multiple technologies like NodeJS, ExpressJS, Ethereum Blockchain and Solidity.

Our client is a young Fintech setup focusing on the US market with a funding of USD 3 million from one of the leading PE players. The technology team is based in Gurgaon and expanding at a rapid pace.

Description

- Lead the organisation's strategy from technical aspect to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

- Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal targets

- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence

- Track, analyse, monitor and report the progress of various projects

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Use stakeholders' feedback to device necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Profile

- B.E/B.Tech or MS in Computer Science from tier 1 institute

- At least 10 years of experience building B2C products, involving large scale

- Hands-on product development experience in NodeJS

- Experience managing and growing a highly skilled technology team

- Self-driven and motivated individual

- Good leadership experience
