Head - Engineering & New Product Development - Automotive/Medical Industry

Key skills Required:

- Expertise in hybrid printed electronics, thermoforming, Film Insert molding technology and In Mold Electronics.

- Broad material knowledge covering from plastics, adhesives. as well as electronics materials considered as an asset.

- Ability to do material characterization of various samples provided and enable to decode competitor products.

- Excellent problem-solving mind set.

- Thorough knowledge of Material characterization & analytical methods like FTIR, rheometer, tensile tests.

- Strong leadership with a passion to succeed & stretch the imagination of the technical team.

- Ability to provide leadership in a climate of innovative technological change.

- Clarity of approach. Must have a natural tendency to approach problems and challenges in a structured sequential way.

- Must be a visionary in terms of advancing technology platforms and goals.

- Experience in productizing newly developed products from development lab to manufacturing.

- Proven know how with respect to scaling up production from the lab to manufacturing

Qualification required:

- M.Sc/M.Tech. in Electrical / Electronics

- 15 - 20 yrs of experience in Product &/or Material Development in Automotive or Medical field.
