Position : Head-Enabling Services
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- The Head-Enabling Services is responsible for all internal and support functions like HR, finance, legal, admin and compliance.The position will be responsible for all HR interventions in the region and will supervise finance, legal, admin and risk administratively
- S/he will be reporting to the Head-Finance,Legal and HR, with an overall span of control of 3 to4 direct reportees.
- Will own the HR function and will strategize to introduce relevant HR initiatives for supporting business
- Responsible for the capability development of the organization through recruitment, training etc.
- Supervise internal functions finance, admin, legal and risk
- Approving authority for the budget allocated to these functions
- Guide and review performance of the team
Qualification :
- Graduation in any stream from a premiere institute
- Post Graduation in Human Resources or related discipline is preferred
Experience:
- 9 to 11 years of experience in various facets of HR
- 5+ years of exposure in financial services/E-money/bank domain

- Communication both written and verbal are must
