We are handling an assignment with leading Fintech company for the role of Head Employer Branding & Communication.

- Rich experience in employer branding, content creation, editing, strategy, and management

- Develop strategy and charter for Social Media engagement

- Design facilitation through ideation and visualization

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects independently

- Experience is working directly with global teams and clients

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Experienced in developing workflows, taxonomies, and metadata for content portals.

- Deep experience in managing and driving communities and their activities within organizations.

- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and concepts

- Developing communication for internal and external audiences

- Create corporate stories to enable faster learning

- Develop the content strategy for teams

- Recognized for the ability to simplify complex concepts to engage the audience

- Designing various content and collateral development processes and standards.

- Strong education background with 10 to 15 years experience from E-commerce or Start up experience is required.
