- Devising India Region HR/ER strategy and executing same in collaboration with regional business and HR teams
- Program Managing entire POSH framework - IC constitution, members training, employee, e-learning module, awareness sessions and employee-related communications
- Handling ER cases and ensuring a fair and transparent workplace environment
- Building workplace issue redressal mechanism & conducting investigation where necessary
- Handling all establishment and payroll related statutory compliances
- Setting up policy framework and identifying & rectifying gaps to be in line with relevant laws and best in industry practices
