- Lead and oversee maintenance of strong industrial and employee relations for organization stability, by:
- Managing a large workforce dispersed across locations.
- Applying deep understanding of prevailing labour laws, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and establish appropriate risk mitigation mechanism
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders involved - unions, workers committee, employees, Govt. and other statutory authorities
- Providing continuous support to business and HR teams in managing employee related issues
