Job Location: Mumbai  Qualification: MBA HR/ Legal Qualification  Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in HR or legal Function with 3 to 4 years of experience in Employee Relations function.  Role:   Advising on employee relations policies of Disciplinary, Grievance and Dignity at Work  Amending existing policies if required on the basis of feedback, formulating and coming out with new policies for India  Provide professional advice, guidance and support to stakeholders on complex issues relating to in scope policies  Escalate and highlight to Stakeholders any potential legal or reputational risks resulting from best practice not being followed by Business  Investigate allegations under Equal Employment opportunity Policy and Code of Conduct of the organisation  Deliver and maintain a business focused employee relations strategy that meets the needs of stakeholder groups and ensure that the Employee Relations (ER) team accomplish their objectives and work plan  Responsible for managing arbitrations, and mediations  Anjali Mody Randstad India Ltd.
