To successfully manage business strategies for electronic banking channels
- Direct and manage business initiatives by acting as the prime business analyst for the division
- Act as a primary business custodian for all electronic channels, redistributing customer traffic to effective low cost alternates and overall management on call centre
Key Accountabilities:
- Create & implement a streamlined e-Channels strategy across ATMs, CCDMs, Call Centre, IVR, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and SMS Banking;
- Seek consensus and implement bank’s strategy for electronic channels;
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary;
- Implement new functionalities, and recommend change to existing functionalities across all channels;
- Management reports on channel performance, status updates, and channel traffic analysis and issue escalation;
- Implement e-channels market campaigns and maximize ROI
- Closely monitor technology, market developments and competitor offerings and update business on new channels when appropriate;
- Assist in formulation, drafting and approvals process of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for eBanking;
