Education Centre Head
- To head the Education Centre (SAP Certified) of company
- Responsible for the implementation and administration of all aspects of the educational Programs, including the management of the Training, operations and Sales team and their performance.
- This is a top level management position. Essential to have 4-6 years of experience in SAP Education training, providing education counselling and placement.
- The candidate should be hands-on in training program sales activities as well as business development.
Qualification, Skills & Experience :
- Graduate or Postgraduate or equivalent with management experience
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good Computer hands on knowledge preferably in SAP or other ERP based high level software platforms
- Ability to learn quickly on own initiative and research best study options for students
- Smart personal appearance
- Proven competence in academic leadership
- Effective management skills
- Experience in preparing business plans and controlling budgets

Job responsibilities :
Management Responsibilities :
- To have read and understood the SAP induction and training manuals and be fully conversant with policies
- Control expenditure of the budget and maintain accurate accounts
- Ensure that the organization of the centre, courses and welfare of staff and students, comply with accreditation and quality bodies guidelines
- Establish and maintain open communication among staff, clients and Head Office
- Manage the provision of good customer service according to customer needs of our client
- Maintain accurate staff records, including staff payroll
- Be familiar with the accreditation bodies guidelines (documents available on site) and ensure academic management achieves and maintains the standards set out in these guidelines
- Write bi-weekly reports to be submitted to Head Office
- Represent company positively in all conversations with clients, staff, and the host centre
Academic & Administration :
- Monitor and be responsible for all academic resources and equipment
- Ensure that a high standard of teaching is maintained, with students receiving well planned, well-taught and relevant lessons, according to our guidelines
- Be proactive, offering support to teachers before it is requested. Guide newly qualified staff preparing lessons
- Observe and appraise all teaching staff within their first week and give documented feedback on their performance
- Implement and maintain correct academic procedures, including placement testing, weekly tests, class size and composition, allocation of trainers to appropriate classes and levels, completion of paperwork, records of work and certificates
- Monitor integration of the teaching and activities programmes
- Run weekly staff meetings and seminars corresponding to the needs of the trainers
- Resolve any staff problems and complaints
