Client Details :

Our client is in the top multi-industry manufacturing companies in the India. They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are growing at a very fast pace in the Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can head their Ecommerce team of 15 people.

Description :

- Build the online own website online business from scratch.

- Further develop upon the existing B2C marketplace business.

- Develop client base and increase the B2B marketplace business.

- Work closely with the team of 15 people (direct and indirect reportees) across functions to build the start up like greenfield project in a large conglomerate.

Profile :

- Someone with minimum 6 years experience in leading ecommerce teams

- Someone who has built the ecommerce business on own dot com for an organisation before

- Someone with Strong leadership skills - who can build and train the young team
