Head E-commerce - Personal Care Division - Retail Business - based at Delhi
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 4 -12 Years of worked experience in Ecommerce. (Minimum 4+ Year Post MBA)
- Candidate must have current or prior experience in Beauty & personal care Industry.
- Candidate should be having vast experience as Head of ecommerce in Retail e commerce business.
- Prefer from Beauty & personal care Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heading the Company ecommerce website
- Handling end-to-end e-commerce account management right from merchandising to procurement comprising of merchandising planning, online product listing, sales, marketing and strategic decision making.
- Responsible for managing growth on the e-commerce platforms like- Nykaa, Purplle Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces including D2C sites.
- Achieving sales target for E-commerce Division as outlined by the Management
- Digital Marketing for D2C site to maximize the sale.
- Coordination with external Performance Marketing Agency.
- Negotiate profitable terms with alliance & affiliate partners.
- Develop the online vertical for our product category by leveraging key partnerships with prominent E Commerce partners.
- Strategic inputs into improving sale & growth on various platforms & own website.
- Owning pricing and discount strategies & new launches on various platforms Managing and leading promotional campaigns.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identifying assortment gaps.
- Leading the Ecommerce Team
Key Requirements:
- Should possess prior experience in a similar role. Experience with digital marketing is a plus.
- Should possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Should have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- Should have high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Should be creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationship with different stakeholders.
