- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, eBay, and Shopify.
- Someone who owns the P/L for the E-commerce marketplace and D2C website.
- 7-10 years of total experience
- Experience in the Beauty/Personal care category is a plus
- Look at the sales from all the E-commerce platforms
- Understanding e-commerce systems: as an e-commerce manager, you need to oversee search engine optimization, customer management systems, and online stores.
- Maintain ongoing relationships & communication with key stakeholders such as category managers, logistic service providers, vendor partners & digital marketing agencies.
- Product Portfolio management - Assist the team with product sales and category performance inputs to optimize the product portfolio from time to time.
- Monitoring product/ ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews to drive sales.
- Working closely with marketing team and agency to ensure right communication on Social Media Accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Business for daily post, Banner & Video promotion.
- Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating relevant reports.
- Track and Analyze performance metrics and implement strategy to improve sales from both channel and SKU level
- Responsible for product content on the Partners Website
- Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
