This person will responsible to lead the Omni Channel business through various models i.e, Online, Marketplace, Digital Kiosk in commercial and residential complexes and will be responsible for the P&L of the Omni Channel business and creation and execution of digital transformation and engage to ensure high customer experience through these models.

Develop cutting edge digital road maps and team to execute a best-in-class consumer experience across all touch points; .com, mobile, in-store and social media.

Lead site merchandising, user experience and digital marketing team.

Align technology strategy with marketing and digital initiatives to grow online and mobile capabilities.

Curate and manage the pipeline of innovative ideas, owning the operational rhythm to expose concepts to the senior leadership team.

Monitor performance and partner with the buying team to develop financial strategies to achieve plans both in-season & pre-season.

Work with cross functional, cross channel teams to drive prioritized initiatives from strategy creation through proof of concept phases. Participate in pilot, rollouts and implementations on an as needed basis.

Ensure brand consistency and presence on all products from planning to design / build / test to successful launch.

Continuously create and evolve the go-to-market plans, development of cross-functional partnerships to create a rigorous focus on process efficiency, business effectiveness, and product innovation.

Identify different business models on Omni channel and manage the online operations in terms of timely delivery, offers and work towards providing seamless shopping experience for customers.
