Modern Trade Key Responsibilities:
- Create a futuristic Modern Trade Strategy blueprint covering all areas such as:
- Account Management, Sales, Category Management, JBP, Budget Ownership and Sales Processes.
- Deliver Business goals in line with AOP covering parameters of Volume, Value, Spends, Margins and Shares.
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Area Managers to deploy Strategy into sustainable and sharp, cohesive Actions.
- Work in tandem with the Brand Marketing team and Category Heads to an equivalent of the Brand strategy for Modern Trade ecosystem.
- Devise and deploy a cost-effective Route to Market in order to provide optimal service levels to all customers.
Ecommerce Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategy based on the existing product portfolio with a scope to expand for future products across the e-commerce value chain.
- Responsible for driving P&L for the e-commerce division in collaboration with SCM & Marketing team.
- Develop and drive business plan in line with the business & Brand strategy ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Drive revenue and profitability thru sales value, high transaction volume, new customer acquisition and repeat sales. Increase product listings and prioritization by working with channel partners and improve traffic via paid, organic channels on marketplaces and scale the brand, products.
- Build excellent relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and exploring / expanding business opportunities.
- Establish robust & sustainable process and policies for all commercial & business operations (high NPS) are designed and implemented in line with business expectations.
- Identify and appoint franchisee and Dark stores in line with business expectation for achieving optimal efficiency & profitability.
- Closely monitor and review the Operational SLAs that have been agreed, being delivered to customers, and lead periodic business reviews with customer to review the performance and recommend initiatives to drive volume and profitability.
- Ensure utmost engagement in driving E-commerce operations and present e-commerce business dashboard with key insights and way forward priorities for driving business growth.
- Ensure continuous development of employees and are appropriately motivated to carry out their required responsibilities.
