- MBA/PG from premium institute with 8+ years of experience preferred in sales or account management positions, with the last 3 years in E-commerce.
- Proven leadership of large E-commerce business - Knowledge of the Consumer Products industry preferred
KRA : - To provide leadership, management and strategy to team responsible for E-commerce sales covering revenue management, market share and margin improvement goals for E-commerce.
- Define and execute E-commerce strategy across businesses, driving both share gain in existing business and category development on platforms
- Lead KAMs to identify growth opportunities across platforms for all three businesses and create an aggressive and dynamic growth plan
- Develop Top-to-Top relationships to drive the category development agenda with platforms
- Use analytics and competitor intelligence to identify right product assortment, capabilities and ways of working to win in E-commerce
- Execute on new areas of E-commerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking (e.g., new accounts, new e-commerce platforms).
