As the head of marketplace, the incumbent would be instrumental in setting up the visibility for the products across marketplaces which would include Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce outlets. The role would entail driving continued success across existing platforms and being on the constant lookout for newer sources of growth.
Our client is a venture-funded D2C brand operating in the women's wellness space in India. They are keen to launch innovative and inclusive products in the feminine hygiene domain by building holistic and personalized solutions for their customers. They are currently present across multiple marketplaces and have a very strong footprint on the offline channel.
The key responsibilities would entail the following -
- Driving the overall business operations of the marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart)
- Delivery revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis with a keen focus on formulating comprehensive strategies for each platform
- Building and training the team of KAMs to deliver continuous growth
- Formulating a long term business strategy for the brand in terms of newer channels and products
