Responsible for developing and implementing ecommerce strategy
Ownership and drive the top line, as well as the bottom-line of the Ecommerce business of the Company.
Develop, own, manage and execute, end-to-end, online/eCommerce activities across multiple platforms.
Maximise margins through effective pricing and promotional activities.
Own, manage and execute the onsite merchandising and conversion activities including but not limited to, product promotions, price promotions, special campaigns, etc
Assess and implement commercial/sales opportunities to maximise online revenue and profitability.
Create and execute sales and marketing plans.
Motivate and manage the entire eCommerce team to deliver maximum performance.
Work with the offline marketing and commercial teams. Cross unit co-ordination for effective Category Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and Space Planning.
Devise and implement best practices with respect to controls and processes.
Strategy Planning and Partnerships.
