Purpose : To lead the growth of marketplace ecommerce business of the Company.

Deliverables :

- Profitable business growth across all ecommerce marketplaces

- LTV/CAC for all channels

- Market share in ecommerce marketplaces

- Market-leading growth in all stages of the funnel

The nuts & bolts (the how of it) :

Online marketplaces :

- Oversee preparation of SOP, marketing programs & partnerships, merchandise selection and other points of engagement with all online marketplaces

- Continually improve market share in the marketplaces through a combination of product, marketing and other tactical interventions

- Lead relationship management with various marketplaces

Overall :

- Take a full-funnel approach to digital marketing, and drive performance improvements in all areas of the funnel, jointly with the category marketing and media teams.

Essential/preferred attributes :

- MBA from a reputed college, with at least 10 years' experience in sales & marketing, with at least 3 years in digital commerce roles, preferably on brand side

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.

- A passion for numbers with top notch problem-solving skills

- Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability

- Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
