Job Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Strategy and Planning:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive e- commerce strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
2. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to ensure a competitive edge.
2. Website Management:
1. Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce platform.
2. Optimize the user experience, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping journey.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
1. Drive online sales growth through effective merchandising, marketing, and promotional strategies.
2. Set and achieve revenue targets, analysing key performance indicators to optimize sales performance.
4. Digital Marketing:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
2. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
5. Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of- stock situations.
- Implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize turnover and reduce excess stock.
6. Customer Experience:
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive online shopping experience for our customers.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire the e-commerce team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
8. Collaboration:
