Head E commerce
- Incumbent is responsible for driving Ecommerce portfolio for online sales for all brands on the company website and other marketplaces.
- Incumbent will also be involved in the content development, website design modifications, overseeing matters like security, online marketing, conversions & overall Consumer Experience
- Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy in order to improve topline, bottom line & customer engagement &experience
- Will be responsible for E-commerce marketing budget, brand management, product management, product marketing, promotions, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Drive Customer Research and ROI
- Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights and novel developments to encourage sales on online market place
- Proactively review all online activities for E-commerce in relation to ad spend, conversion, testing & reporting
- Analyze various data to deliver data-driven strategies for achieving performance
- Responsible for smooth integration & execution of payment gateway, promotional & digital marketing strategies and actionable insights from competition analysis
- Ensuring inventory fills to avoid stock out on e-commerce marketplaces
- Responsible for identifying stocks, ensure cataloguing & listing of same across all the portals.
- Ensuring sell thru target for MP is healthy, routinely check bad stocks and take appropriate actions
- Optimization & Maintaining Ad Campaigns on Facebook,
- Google & other Ads Partners (Ad Creation/Monitoring/Analysis)
- Ensure timely resolution of any issue arising of channel partner
- Analyze Daily, Weekly & Monthly Digital Marketing metrics & Sales Reports. Propose course correction for areas of improvements.
- Improving usability, design, content & conversions for company website & marketplace for all push campaigns & paid channels
- Monitor online customer feedback and create a plan for all product & website query resolution
