Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a Head EBO

Responsibilities:

- Expand into new locations by collaborating with key lessors in the country and securing profitable business sites.

- Implement efficient systems and processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

- Foster growth by recruiting, training, and retaining a motivated team of sales and training personnel nationwide.

- Assume overall P&L accountability for the channel and align teams with overarching business objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proper experience in Exclusive Brand Outlets

- Minimum of 8-10 years of successful retail experience, including at least 2 years in a regional P&L capacity.

- Strong leadership abilities.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A Master's degree in business or marketing is preferred.
