Job description:
Key Internal Stakeholders:
- India retail sales
- India planning (demand and supply)
- Brand merchandizing
- Commercial finance
- Customer service
- Data/Analytics team for projects
Key external stakeholders:
- Franchise buying teams
- Franchise operations team
- External consultants engaged for any project
- Drive Right Order from Franchise Partners, at Store level
- Define product articulation for the channel region, product priorities
- Region, Store, Category Brick level OTB (Order to Buy) alignment with sales partners
- Detailed order review and to ensure buying as per OTB plan delivering product priorities
- Drive right product assortment in stores as per the category/sub-category priorities and expected growth.
- Ensure Adoption of key initiatives and drive Brand priorities in the stores
- Support Store Sales and Team
- Alignment of key brand stories with Sales, Marketing and Training to ensure sales focus
- In season inventory management in stores - Stock transfers, coordination with stakeholders
- Core (non seasonal) assortment planning for stores and monitor replenishment execution
- Store sales tracking and inventory analysis
- Feedback analytics - weekly, monthly seasonal product performance analysis
- Drive maximum sales pre-discount (full price sales)
- Refill Support from available stock pools
- Understand product gaps business requirements through market store visits
- Elevate franchisee team capabilities through buyers meet team to team meetings
- Support Sellout
- End of season sales (EOSS) inventory planning with partners
- Analysis of EOSS liquidation trend, intervene as needed to ensure stock is liquidated
