Job Summary:.
- We are seeking an experienced National ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) Program Head to lead and oversee ECCE programs across India.

Key Responsibilities:.
As the National ECCE Head, you will:.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ECCE professionals across multiple locations in India.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and program effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and evaluate ECCE programs and curricula in line with national standards and organizational goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth of ECCE initiatives nationwide.
- Oversee revenue generation through the team's efforts, ensuring sustainability and scalability.
- Identify and establish partnerships, collaborations, and funding opportunities to support ECCE programs.
- Represent the organization at key events, conferences, and seminars to advocate for early childhood education.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of education and care.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and innovations in early childhood education and integrate them into programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing ECCE.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, Child Development, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in ECCE, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of national and international ECCE standards and practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale programs and diverse teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
