- Build a world class business for dynamic discounting/early payments vertical which is aligned with the overall objectives & vision of our platform business
- Aspire to have a team straddling the different regions in the country to help scale up business
- Build a strong sales culture which is aligned with the high growth aspirations of the platform business which enables high growth of volumes and income
- Drive onboarding and usage of the dynamic discounting platform by the cash rich marquee corporates in India
- Identify and convert new market opportunities across regions, sectors and ratings
- Develop & maintain relationships with key stake holders in treasury, finance & sourcing functions at target clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including vendor management teams, operations, technology teams to ensure seamless implementation and continual business growth.
- Collaborate effectively across teams to create an atmosphere of trust, teamwork and open communication.
Desired Skills :
- Possess 10-15 years of relevant experience in driving sales with large cash rich corporates. Stints with corporate liabilities business, trade & supply chain finance is a must have.
- A team leader role experience for 3-4 years would be mandatory.
- Connects with key decision makers in large corporate network id highly desirable.
- Prior experience banks, NBFCs or Fintechs would be mandatory
- Well versed in MS Excel, Power Point and other financial modelling tools would be an added advantage
