The candidate will be responsible for driving Insurance premiums that include Life, Non-Life and Standalone Health Insurance.
Candidate is expected to:
A. Drive insurance premiums across RM/Advisor/Dealer assisted verticals.
B. Engage with business heads and sales teams on a regular basis to ensure product mindshare. Regular business reviews are a must.
C. Engage with Principals at Central and local levels to ensure manpower, training, joint call support.
D. Identify customer segments and map relevant products to facilitate a more meaningful engagement between sales teams and customers.
E. Facilitate certification and trainings of segment sales teams to drive activation and enhance productivity.
F. Track employee productivity, product mix, persistency levels and yield at overall business and geography level.
G. Help create an eco-system with the help of partners to train and equip sales teams to help improve pitching skills and closures.
H. Actively work with Product team to ensure a seamless information flow down the line, design pitches, R & R etc relevant to the segment.
Candidate is required to be IRDAI / Compositely certified with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management role with a proven track record. Should be a go getter and high on execution.
