Our client is an innovative Fintech company that is revolutionizing the business of short term finance. The company is an online lending startup that is driven by an app-enabled technology platform to solve the funding challenges of SMEs by offering quick-turnaround, paperless business loans without collateral. It counts over 2 million small businesses across 18 cities and towns as its customers. Its founders are IIT and ISB alumni with deep experience in the fintech industry, from earlier working with organizations like Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Fractal Analytics and Housing.com. It has raised funds of Rs. 100 Crore from finance industry stalwarts and is growing by leaps and bounds.

As the Head - DSA, you will be responsible for the business development opportunities for the DSA business ecosystem, and will be responsible for the success of this line of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Responsibility for Pan India DSA business - Managing the whole P&L by keeping a close eye on Cost of Acquisition

- Ideation for reducing cost of Acquisition for the Channel

- Ensuring innovation for reducing Opex involved for the segment

2. Hiring Pan-India team of DSA RMs

- Defining KRAs and targets for the team Monthly / Quarterly / Annually

- Keeping team motivated and empowered to achieve the targets

3. Preparing team targets and strategy for each sub-sector along with the Sales Head

- Ensuring targets are well understood by the team and monitoring the same regularly

- Monitoring team KRAs and performance across regions

- Motivating team through a mix of Incentives and Training

4. Adding new Alliances - Top Corporate and City Level DSA for top Cities in India

- Adding Connectors and CA Network over a period of time to increase business flow from this channel

- Carving out Roadmap in 30 days on Digital Strategy for DSA market

- Preparing Strategy and roadmap for partnering with CA Network

- Planning to disrupt the way Traditional NBFCs interact and get business from DSA network

- Researching on potential tie-ups for Business Development, Market Sizing research, and identifying potential new tie-up opportunities

5. Client Relationship Management and Servicing

- Identifying top 5 Partners across Cities to operate and ensure that the company becomes top 3 player for these Partners

- Increasing share of wallet in each of the existing customers by improving relationship at all levels in the platform through RMs

- Increasing quality leads for Business Loans from clients and ensuring end to end fulfillment

- Ensuring high partner centric approach to become lenders of choice by creating competitive advantages working with the Tech and Product teams

- Reporting and Monitoring performance through RMs

6. Working closely with Customer sales and Credit team to ensure Business targets are achieved

- Following up and helping credit for large ticket cases

7. Product Research and coming out with innovative Financial products solving customer problems along with Products team

- Identifying innovative products to secure cash flows for customers acquired from DSA channel

- Infusing Digital DNA of the organization in traditional DSA channel as well

8. Working with marketing department and helping in implementation of hyper local activities with the sales team

- Monthly and Quarterly Incentive Plans to ensure maximum conversions and leads

- Innovative Schemes to motivate FOS and Partners alike

Candidate Profile:

- CA/MBA candidates preferred

- Demonstrable experience of 5-8 years in dealing with top DSAs

- Good understanding of Loan products is a great add on

- Possess sound knowledge of the DSA business

- Analytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributes

- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills

- Enthusiastic and dedicated with strong leadership skills

- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
